End gateways generation problem

- Version: betterendforge-1.16.5-2.5
- Problem: I defeated the end dragon and went through my end gateway only to find I spawned on top of a tree in the blossoming spires biome and there is no return end gateway, I tried summoning one with /setblock but it just generates a new gateway ~10 blocks away and teleports me there
- Recreate:
- Kill End Dragon
- Enter Through Gateway
- See there's no gateway to return home :(
