Mossy Dragon Bones decay incorrectly decay to vanilla Bone Blocks

- Occurs on build 1.6.3 for 1.16.5, running Forge build 36.2.28 for 1.16.5. (Also occurred on earlier Forge 36.2.2* builds)
- Expected behavior is for Mossy Dragon Bones to decay to Dragon Bone Blocks, however instead they decay into vanilla Bone Blocks.
- To replicate: place down any number of Mossy Dragon Bones and wait. Increasing random tick speed should give faster results.
