The current release (1.16.4-1.3.0) still requires Minecraft 1.16.3 in mods.toml, which prevents it from loading on 1.16.4.

Mmm no? It is working just fine for me, also with the latest version of Forge...you will need to give me some more information about your problem, as you have been the only one reporting a problem like this

Weird. I tried several of the 1.16.4 BetterEnd releases and had the same problem each time; ultimately I was able to get it load by just changing the version range from [1.16.3] to [1.16.3, 1.17) and rebuilding it, so I figured that was the source of the problem.

I am on an older Forge version (35.0.7, for Vivecraft compatibility), so maybe that has something to do with it. Dunno what else would explain it not working for me in particular. At any rate, sorry for misattributing the issue.
