Structures spawning on end island over exit portal

There should be a config setting to disable structures on end island.

here are additional images. This is my second dragon fight. Generation prevented dragon from landing.

NTC 2 so version 2.5* for 1.16.5 (corrected)

i had to remove bedrock so the dragon could land

also, what's with the lighting.
