hi

for days ive been trying to make a server with the betterend mod. ive tried every minecraft version from 1.16 to 1.16.5 and they all say the same thing: "incomplete set of tags from server." i really dont know what to do anymore, everything is setup correctly as far as i know. i've tried every version of the betterend mod and i hoped betterend update 1.5.0 would fix it. so i made a completely new server with the latest 1.16.5 forge (36.0.42) and the betterendforge 1.5.0 mod. i'm really out of ideas and my girlfriend really wants to play this with me and she's getting a bit depressed (and i mean that) because she isn't able to play it. i'll add a screenshot, the log file, and the debug file to the post.

any help you can give me is appreciated.
sincerely,
Riley

Are you sure you shared the right debug log? That one states:
[19feb2021 19:32:10.907] [main/WARN] [net.minecraft.server.ServerEula/]: Failed to load eula.txt
[19feb2021 19:32:10.910] [main/INFO] [net.minecraft.server.Main/]: You need to agree to the EULA in order to run the server. Go to eula.txt for more info.
Which means you should even be able to run your server. Please, post the right log, both client and server ones.
So, this message may indicate that something is not in sync between the client and the server...check that the same version of BetterEnd is installed both on client and server. Also the server must be a forge server, not vanilla

Can i see also the client log? Please, don't share the latest.log files

So, after doing some tests and researches i am not really sure why this is happening, but BetterEnd may not be itself the cause of the issue, rather you did not setup everything correctly on your side..because that is not happening to me, and it seems like you are the only one who has reported this issue so far. So, i suggest you install again your server (maybe go back to 1.16.4 versions). Make sure the client and the server share both the same minecraft version and BetterEnd version and that the mod in installed both on the client and the server. For test purposes remove any other additional mod (and that includes Optifine if present) and try only with BetterEnd installed
