[1.16.5] Terminite/Thallasium Armors seen as tools

The mod Farmer's Delight is picking up Terminite/Thallasium Armors as if they were tools. The dev of Farmer's Delight has looked into the cause, but was unable to find it. Do you have any idea what could be going on here? More details in the top link :)
