I might just be a dumbass but no other mods should affect this. Right-clicking the center pedestal also does nothing. It simply inserts the item/gives back the item that's on it.

Since you closed this i have to assume you made it work and there is no issue? I just tested myself and infusion works perfectly. Your structure setup and item placement seems correct, so just taking the central item back and placing it again on the infusion pedestal should initiate the ritual...also, it may be useful to try without other mods, because while other mods shouldn't affect infusion, this doesn't mean they can not..maybe some mods messing with recipes can (hypotetically) cause some issue
