This doesn't occur if I have Better End disabled.

This doesn't look like it comes from BetterEnd at all

It is some interaction between the two mods and maybe the same interaction with Mana And Artifice, Evilcraft and apparently another. I've also got Immersive Portal, which loads the other dimension when near the portal and Linking Books which allows for creating portals anywhere. Disabling both of those allowed killing pixies with "fire" even in The End.

Doing more testing.

So might just be Mana and Artifice and Evilcraft related. Closing for now.
