Duplication of Blue Umbrella Tree Membrane

by placing a Blue Umbrella Tree Membrane and break it, it will drop 2 of them

Tested on Server and Singleplayer
Forgeversion: 36.0.58 + 36.1.0

I also played with the following Mods: Ice and Fire, Alex' Mobs, JEI
