might be hard as i do not know how to reproduce this and it has happened at random intervals in the server. the server is for my modpack aqm2 which is the official server for the pack. i cant just remove polymer as its a dependency

While a betterEnd method is mentioned in the log, it is actually quite far dow in the mixing stack-trace. Could you please try if this still happens without polymer/carpet installed.
