[Bug] Some end blocks are missing the mineable/pickaxe tag making them take forever to mine

What happened?
Amber moss, End Mycelium, End Moss, pretty much all of the grass-like end stone variants, and a few other blocks are not mineable with a pickaxe. This makes them impossible to get in survival, as well as making them not being able to be mined quickly.
