[Bug] the audio ''betterend:betterend.ambient.dust.wastelands'' starts playing randomly

What happened?

dust wastelands ambient sound starts playing out of nowhere even out of the biome its supposed to play this sound. This bug has existed for quite a while now, it is not specific of any BE version.
