What happened?

A bug happened! where after I installed the mods the other dimensions besides the overworld we just gone, and I have used the mods before but it only happened this time and no other time when using the better end and nether mods, it is like they just got deleted from existance because portals won't teleport me at all, not even an execute command works it just gives me invalid command
