Similar to how the 1 block in the nether is 8 in the overworld, what about 1 block in the end is 16 or 32 in the overworld? it would be balance because the outer islands are a thousand blocks from the end's 0 0, so you would have to travel a bit with a nether highway or something to be able to use it
