What happened?

I was just exploring the better end, testing every possible blocks, plants, saplings or anything that can be bonemeal. and so far this is one of the main thing i couldn't figure out why is bonemeal not working on filalux wings. im pretty sure it can on previous version. so far on this version its not working.
