[Bug] ice starfield/empty cave biome don't generate Minecraft 1.21

What happened?
After installing betterend for 1.21 lastest fabric and betterend version and exploring the end on a brand new world there's no ice starfield biome /locate state that there's no such biome around.
I'm testing it on solo for my server since we did not went in the end for now but i can't seems to get the biome to generate at all :/
I tried to tp and using locate every 2048 block went from X 2048 to 14336 and locate couldn't find anything i also tried empty cave biome at some point and it couldn't find them as well
