What happened?

The game crashed whilst exception in server tick loop
Error: java.lang.IllegalStateException: Biome source config is not set

I get this crash report whenever i create superflat world while i have betterend and betternether mods, It's working perfectly without them, i reinstalled the game, the mods, tried to create without betterX datapacks, tried with them, it crashes everytime. Need help with that. I play on Minecrat v1.21.1 but i don't see this version of minecraft below. You can see it on the video
