What happened?

A bug happened! I insert the diamond hammer and aeternium ingot into the aeternium anvil to make the new armor and tools but I can only get the blade. I have jei and when I check the recipe the arrows appear but won't do anything. I have tried everything else to see if it works but it doesn't seem fruitful. I play on 1.21.1
