What happened?

I'm using this mod on Forge 47.3.7 along with Connector 1.0.0-beta.46+1.20.1.

The issue is whenever I pass through an Eternal Portal, all of my belonging in Curio slot disappear but some how they're still there. The slot is visibly empty but I cannot equip new things. Only default effects such as haste or jump height,... from rings are still in effect, the rest is lost.

But after I reload my world, all of the Curio item just reappear back in those slot as if nothing has ever happened
