What happened?

The saplings do not render. They can still, while being unseen, be right clicked to be grabbed out of the pot. There is a lot going on with the villages that these spawn with. The saplings being one.

The other being that villagers do not spawn but I won't open a ticket for that at the moment because i have no clue if it is unique to my setup.
