[Bug]: BetterF3 not enabling/overriding the Vanilla F3 menu on NeoForge 1.21 (version(s) 11.0.0 - 11.0.1)

Describe the Bug

BetterF3 isn't overriding the Vanilla F3 Menu. You can still access the Config Menu, but that's it.

Steps to Reproduce

  • Download NeoForge for 1.21.
  • Download & Install BetterF3 11.0.0 or 11.0.1.
  • Boot game, join a world, open the F3 Menu.

Expected Behavior

The Vanilla F3 Menu is overridden with the BetterF3 Menu

I've tried using BetterF3 without any other mods, to see if it was the result of conflict. Nope, still isn't working.
