[Bug]: Memory Color Toggle resets to enabled after game restart

Describe the Bug
As the title states, the toggle in the System module shown below resets to enabled in the config after I close and reopen the game.
Steps to Reproduce
- Disable memory color toggle
- Relaunch Minecraft
- Check config
Expected Behavior
Memory Color Toggle stays disabled.
