Currently on 1.21.7, just download 1.21.6 (Fabric) ; its working fine.
Im also using Modrinth App for my modpack.

I just drag it the 1.21.6 into my mods, try it also.

Will have a look and reply later 👌

I have checked and everything is working
However, I think it's still better to wait for the official version.

Even though 1.21.7 is backwards compatible with 1.21.6 and BetterF3 works on both, it would still be nice for the Modrinth version to be updated to 1.21.7 to make creating modpacks with BetterF3 easier

Mojang did it again. Another hotfix. The official version on Modrinth seems to work well with 1.21.8
