[Bug]: Font Scale not working properly on Forge with Optifine

Describe the Bug

When changing the font scale on forge, it doesnt make it bigger or smaller, it just moves the right modules to the left or to the right, and the font size remains the same

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open MC with optifine and press F3
  2. Change the general settings -> Font Scale
  3. it will move the righ module left and right (screenshots provided)

Expected Behavior

It is expected to enlarge or reduce the font size

Additional Context

Minecraft version 1.20.1 and Opfine 1.20.1_HD_U_I6
It works fine without Optifine. I guess the answer is to not use Optifine, but i thought you should know :)
