So this is me mainly being an idiot. But I cant seem to open the Test Algorithm for when I double click the .jar file something black flashes, but thats it. I had problems regarding the jar files opening as WordPad and changed it to Java Platform SE Binary. The Java is the most recent version.

I found a solution for this issue.
