What happened?

While playing in my own server, i have been trying to find a soul sand valley to collect soul sand from, but everyone I've come across doesn't contain any soul sand, I've even used /locate to see if this is the case with all of them and it seems to be

Im using the Fantasy mc modpack version 2.9.1 it has over 300 mods and no list to copy them all from

Do you have regions unexplored in the modpack? It seems to have an incompatibility with BCLib.
Creating a new world as default instead of BetterX type will generate soul sand valleys and other vanilla biomes normally.
Wish i knew a solution for existing worlds.
