What happened?

I died with Betternether mode (I have only betternether) and i cannot respawn
I've tried to change gamerule doImmediateRespawn to true in NBTexplorer, and it's not helped at all
I've tested it in other worlds, and i allways cannot respawn even with doImmediateRespawn
