What happened?

In my instance are installed: BetterNether, BetterEnd, Tectonic (mod), Terralith, Terrablender, Oh The Biomes We've Go and Terrestria. When I try to create a new world the game crashes on the loading screen after I clicked "Create new world" (before the page where you can select the difficulty, gamemode, etc). When I disable BetterNether and BetterEnd the game runs normally.
Any fix available?
