Description

Add 1.21 Neoforge support for this mod and its dependencies. Do not tell me to use sinytra connector to run this mod due to sinytra connector issue https://github.com/Sinytra/Connector/issues/1502, which prevents the player from swimming properly when Betternether/end, and its dependencies are loaded with connector (this also occurs with some other fabric mods). If you port Betternether and Betterend to Neoforge, me and a lot of other players would appreciate it.
