Crash when installing BetterPortals on Vanilla 1.12.1 (Crash Log included)

I freshly installed Forge on 1.12.1 and installed BetterPortals in the mods folder. Right after pressing play, Minecraft crashes and gives me this error.

1.12.1 is not supported.
