Chests (Maybe also vanilla chests?) (Specifically Millenaire mod) swapped my inventory with the chests contents, chest also doesnt open. (Idk how this happened)

When does it do that? How do I reproduce the issue?

Try vanilla chests if you think it might happen with those as well. The fewer mods the easier it is to debug.
On the topic of mods: Which ones do you have installed? Logs?

This issue didnt happen in vanilla chest, draconic chest, projecte chests and iron chest chests.

Also, update your BP.

It was my controlled village, In controlled villages you can open and use a locked chest. Thats when it got a bit crazy there with the inventory.

I told them, its their problem now

I was going to check how the Millenaire mod implements its chests but it turns out that even though they have a Source link on their CurseForge page, they don't actually provide any source code for their mod.
So, please report this issue to them and let them deal with it cause I can't.

I also encountered this. It doesn't always happen, but it happens when you least expect it.

I may remember incorrectly, but I think this is an infamous Millenaire bug that has been there for a long time, and could not be fixed despite many efforts.
