WorldEvent.Unload does not fire when the overworld is unloaded from another dimension

For example, if I enter the nether and then break the portal that took me there, the event does not fire. This may just be me misunderstanding how you made changes to dimension loading. I could also probably just use the ClientViewAPI worlds manager, but I'd like to avoid unnecessary dependencies if I can help it.
