  • All demons and demonesses, when they spawn, draw from a namepool for their ingame name. (https://docs.google.com/document/d/1cGwRUAoykBViBkMNS63D4icik-v0oRQIljCjOBZkMmI/edit#heading=h.rwug67q8z37s)
  • Only a name is required, the game will not always assign a prefix, suffix, or both, for that matter.
  • Demons have a few animations
  • One involving both arms to lob a fire ball at a target
  • One involving the left arm to spawn a randomized number of imps, 1 - 6 imps
  • One involving the right arm to punt a target
  • Wings can be used for flight
  • Demons will become hostile towards each other, this is weighted over time. Be careful in summoning several, unless you want a battle field. Yes, their imps will attack the opposing demon's imps.
  • Strangely, they cannot be found in the nether. Perhaps they cannot be seen, unlike their lesser counterparts, such as hellhounds and uranids...
  • Imps have their own ritual for summoning, and are the gateway for a special ingredient or a few to summon demons/demonesses...
  • Demons do not attack imps unless they are part of an opposing army.
  • To prevent a demon from attacking you, and allow them to trade and set up pacts, use a hellish bauble. But even, they are still unpredictable, and can easily turn on the player.
  • Demons should not swarm the player if attacked.
