[Rewrite - 0.0.20.3] Crystal Ball Feedback

After some testing of the Crystal Ball, I've noted some things that seem iffy, or could do with some tweaking. Not sure if some of these are bugs, since it's hard to tell if something that has such a long-term and/or random effect like the Crystal Ball is working correctly. There's also some extra suggestions that might be worth considering.
- I tend to get the same fortunes over and over again. In particular, I keep getting the Witch summon event and the 'Rabid Beast' summon event, although I have also gotten the Villager, Silverfish and Demon summon events too.
- 'Rabid Beast' seems to summon a neutral dog, not a red-glowy-eyed angry dog.
- Fortune arrival times vary to ridiculous degrees. A witch summon event once took at least a couple of in-game days to appear, but once it happened and I used the Crystal Ball again, the demon event was selected and then happened instantly (as in mere seconds after I used the ball). Something seems off here, even if this is intended. Fortunes happening instantly doesn't really give the player time to prepare for them, epsecially the more dangerous ones.
- Using the Crystal Ball with a fortune already active doesn't clarify what that fortune was. Tarot Cards can reveal if you're gonna get a good or bad fortune, but this is only so helpful. It's especially annoying if you click the Crystal Ball twice accidently, and the initial fortune message is then hidden by the 'You've already used the Crystal Ball' message.
- Perhaps include a rough way to determine when your fortune is going to pass. Something very vague only, since it's worth preserving the mystery of the fortune, but perhaps a way to determine how many days away the fortune is from happening.
- Will the old Remote Viewing ability return? There is mention of it in the book at least, even if that is 'no-one can prove they can do it'. It was rather powerful, admittedly, so perhaps a special item crafted with a taglock (to see the view of a mob/player) or waystone (the see the view around the selected area) that is destroyed upon a few uses might work to mitigate it's potential exploitability.
