Every ritual circle can be made of focal chalk

I think rings with a wildcard color should not be made out of focal chalk because it is not displaying a golden color in JEI.

Any ring that cycles between white, red and purple in JEI can be made with focal/golden chalk and the ritual works.

UPDATE: Every circle, no matter what color is specified can be made with focal chalk: (So focal chalk behaves as universal chalk.)
