Add contact tags to the fabric.mod.json file

You have these:
"website": "https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/bewitchment",
"repo": "https://github.com/MoriyaShiine/bewitchment"
but there is no such tag as website and repo in the specification.
Please add homepage, issues, and sources tags for modmenu.
