A description of the issue

Tested only with the propagation ritual - When I have this ritual active and it is redirected to an area that is not chunk-loaded I get the following crash.

This is an issue because I have managed to automate the propagation ritual with Create - but the moment I leave the farm area and the region ceases to be chunk-loaded the crash occurs.

I am using fabric 0.14.21
