Correct, I even reverted back to rc2 and confirmed its specific issue to rc3.
Edit: Issue seems to extend to all item handling blocks with the mod. (Access port included)

Odd, I have the opposite problem with rc3 updated to our server today.
cyanite repro was taking yellorium, blutonium and cyanite ingots though item ducts ( but not graphite ingots) (issue posted)
