0.3.0rc3 inserting yellorium and blutonium ingots into cyanite reprocessor with item ducts

Using Item ducts I can insert yellorium ingot and blutonium ingot, but I cannot do so manually.
the automated insertion does not appear to be checking for id:0, id:1 or for for allowed
input. graphite id:2 would not go in.
I did not check the dusts.
This is effectively a duplicate of #124
