Seems like if I want to make a rotor bearing I'll need to make up two plates of spaghetti. This is Big Reactors version v.3.0A and Hunger Overhaul v 2l build 4 .

This is an ID conflict. Please fix it in your configuration files.

Ok, that was the most in-obvious conflict ever. Spaghetti was ID # 1505 and freeing up ID # 1505 fixed ID # 1761, don't ask me how. On the surface 1505 =/= 1761 so it didn't look like it was conflicting. >.<
