For some reason when i build a 9x9x16 Turbine using 3 Railcraft Boilers on one server I get around 24K ish RF @ 1800 rpm. When i build the same set up on a server with same configs with the only diff of reactorcraft installed.. i only get 11k ish and only 900 rpm. Also tried turning off reactorcraft with no diff of out come. 0.3.0A Installed and reactor craft 19B.

This will be dependent on mod load order. If BR loads first, it will add and use its version of steam, which is similar to TE's steam in terms of flow rate. If Railcraft loads first, it will add its version of steam and BR will adopt Railcraft's steam.

Railcraft's steam is more viscous by default and has a lower flow rate through pipes.

Essentially, not a bug so much as a weird problem due to different mods expecting different default values for shared fluids. As I value Thermal Expansion compatibility more highly than Railcraft, I'm willing to accept that this issue exists.

FYI this turned out to be resoved by switching from MCPC+ to forge. so if that is acceptable to you ok. But wanted to let you know the issue
