ComputerCraft 1.62 doesn't connect to Computer Port

Updated CC to 1.62 and BR to 0.3.1A, but still unable to get the modem on the BR computer port to turn on. Even re-placing all blocks in the chain did not work.

Also experiencing this issue, CC 1.62 and BR 0.3.1A

Ok, will have this fixed for 0.3.2A.

Also getting the same issue, CC 1.63 / BR 0.3.1A. Modem fails to connect or change to active (graphically) programs say they cannot see the reactor.
