[Enhancement] Allow config file disable of Reactor Power Tap

Any chance of allowing us to disable the Reactor Power tap via the config file?

This will allow you to force usage of the turbine as all you get out of the reactor will be steam.

Yeah, I can add a config setting to disable the recipe. It'll still show up in NEI/creative but players won't be able to craft it.
