when trying to set up a redstone port to control rod insertion, changes made to the 'When off' input box are not recognized or saved. when modifying the input, the commit button does not highlight, and when modifying the 'When On' input, the commit button does light up, but committing the change does not save the value of the 'when off' input.

bug exists in 0.3.0, 0.3.1, and 0.3.2 versions
