Controller UI does not update is controller block is broken and replaced while reactor is on

"I've also noticed something else odd. Even though it is valid multiblock it seems that sometimes the control doesn't sync with the multiblock correctly. See this screenshot: http://imgur.com/AMwHZbO
The reactor is formed and active (I can click on the fuel rod controllers and it shows heat being generated, etc).
Unrelated to the power tap issue though. It seems to happen when breaking either the control block or the power tap block when the reactor is active and formed."
