Turbine speed with MCPC+

I am running 2000 steam into a turbine for RailCraft on a server. If i run MCPC+ i get about 1100 RPM. If i disable MCPC+ and go straight Forge I get 1900 RPM.
Thanks for the report, however, this is a duplicate of #142.
The issue is likely with mod loading order, as Railcraft's steam is considerably more viscous than the steam added to the system by other mods. If you're using a viscosity-sensitive pumping system (such as fluiducts), then your problem is likely that your flow rate is lower.
I would advise you to remove Railcraft and see if the issue persists.
I'll take a very quick peek. You're absolutely certain that, in both cases, 2000mB/t are entering the turbine? You've checked it on the UI?
Please post detailed screenshots displaying your setup, so I can replicate it.
I have tried all permutations of removing mods and mod loading as long as
MCPC+ runs this issue occurs

Thank you for looking at this. https://www.dropbox.com/sh/i9g9muuj6qm8xzr/u2X6jWDl0y if you have any questions please let me know
Please try replicating this with the creative steam block for turbines. Looking at your screenshots, I see several other mods interacting with the reactor.
If i use your creative steam block it works fine. If i pump in with 9 TE steam creative blocks its still broken
Im traveling for work tonight I will get you this with creative block on Friday. Thanks again
Thanks for checking on that. I'm pretty sure, at this point, that the problem lies in some behavioral difference in your piping rather than in BR. I would suggest using a flow-unrestricted transport solution, such as TE tesseracts. These should function well, regardless of whether they're used on Forge or MCPC+.
