Steam turbine housing allows mobs to spawn on/inside it. This can be a problem for large turbines as it is impossible to sufficiently light turbines with glass housings and completely impossible to light turbines that have opaque housings.

Hm. Should be possible to disable mob spawning somehow. I'll figure it out.
