I currently working on a reactor that consumes 4,750 mB of water per tick. As it stands now I need 48 creative coolant inlets.

My suggestion is to have the coolant inlet block fill the reactors cold coolant tank every tick. If that is infeasible then increase the amount of water the inlet tries to inject from 100 mB per tick to 1000 mB per tick would help immensely.

Good idea. That's how the turbine creative port works, shouldn't be any reason why the reactor one can't work the same way.
