Control rod position doesn't change when rednet signal passed to the rednet port jumps over 100% setting, i.e. in the step-like manner from 80% to 150% - control rod stays at 90% position. Although this behaviour could be fixed by explicitly constraining a signal to the 0..100 range in a programmable rednet controller, I think this issue also should be fixed in the rednet port or if this is an intentional behaviour - I could document it

Yep, constraining the signal to 0..100 inside the rednet controller itself is probably the way to go, since rods can never be inserted more than 100%.
