Block not forming for 9x9x16 turbine

When attempting to construct a height (9) x width (9) x length (16) turbine big block fails to form.
Using tekkit version 1.2.8e
Big Reactors version 0.3.0A
( default settings where not altered)
Pardon the interruption if this is already known.
That's not enough information to rule out user error. Right-click the unbuilt turbine with an empty hand and you should receive a message indicating why your turbine is failing to form.
You're probably missing a part somewhere or have an illegal block somewhere inside.
